ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

    • CREATE A FACTS USER ACCOUNT
    • REGISTER STUDENT(S)
    • SET UP TUITION PAYMENT PLAN
    • APPLY FOR DIOCESAN AID​ BY DEADLINE on or before MARCH 9, 2018.
    • RECEIVE DIOCESAN GRANT & FINANCIAL AID LETTER (first week of May.)
  • APPLY FOR PARISH AID 
  • SEND IN SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM
  • SEND IN ADDITIONAL OFFICE FORMS




​Welcome to the admission process at All Saints Academy. Deciding which school your child attends is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. The faculty and staff at All Saints Academy encourage you to visit our campuses to see for yourself the education your child will receive. Start your child off right with a strong academic curriculum that prepares students to be successful, respectful, caring and faithful adults.   The first step towards admission into All Saints Academy is registering.​


REGISTRATION PROCESS

REGISTRATION FOR 2018-2019 NOW OPEN

​All Saints Academy is pleased to work with FACTS Management, the nation’s leading faith based school tuition management, and financial aid assessment services for education.  All school registrations, financial aid applications, tuition payments and financial aid awards are processed through FACTS.  FACTS management helps make tuition payments more affordable by providing flexible payment plans.  Their online and mobile solution allows you to manage your FACTS account and complete tasks like making a payment, viewing your payment schedule and updating your account.​

IMPORTANT ADMISSIONS INFORMATION​​ - New Students should follow the FACTS PARENT INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES to register for All Saints Academy, sign up for a tuition payment plan, and apply for FACTS Grant & Financial Aid by March 9, 2018.​​

​Please be sure to review the Parent Guidelines and All Saints Academy Financial Policies & Procedures for pertinent information regarding the admissions process.  Pay special attention to the Documentation and fees required at registration as well as important dates and deadlines.


ADDITIONAL ADMISSIONS FORMS REQUIRED

The following forms must be turned into the office of the attending campus prior to the first day of school.

  • Physical and Immunizations Records current within a year
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate if the child is baptized
  • First Communion certificate for students entering Grade 3 through Grade 8 (if applicable)
  • A copy of all Academic Records (sent from sending school)


FINANCIAL AID & ASSISTANCE


DIOCESAN GRANT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Diocesan Grant & Financial Aid Deadline is on or before March 9, 2018.  ​
  • Students must be fully registered for All Saints Academy and a payment plan set up before financial application can be completed.
  • All Saints Academy has waived the $30.00 FACTS Grant & Financial Aid Application Fee for the 2017-2018 Academic Year.
  • Award/Denial Letters will be sent out the first week of May 2018.
  • Please be aware of documentation that must be provided at time of financial aid application. No application will be verified until all supporting documentation have been received by the FACTS Grant & Financial Aid Team.
  • Supporting Documentation Required at time of Application:  2017 W2’s and Federal 1040 Form. (If 2017 taxes have not been filed by date of application, 2016 forms can be used.)​


PARISH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

All families must complete and submit a verified FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application on or before March 9, 2018 in order to qualify for any in house Parish scholarship support. If once you’ve received notification from FACTS Grant & Assessment after the first week of May, you desire in house Parish support, please submit a Parish Financial Assistance Application form to the Office.
